Natalie Hollis is the founder and lead provider at The Collective Salon & Med Spa, with locations in Manchester and Winchester, TN. A board-certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in aesthetics, she specializes in natural results clients can trust.
Her expertise includes Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, microneedling, and advanced skincare. She also offers select wellness services, including hormone therapy and women’s health support.
Natalie blends clinical skill with artistry and compassion, creating treatments that feel personal, subtle, and lasting.

Sara Hamlin is an aesthetic nurse with more than a decade of experience in injectables, dermatology, and skin health. She is known for her precision, warm approach, and natural-looking results.
Her expertise includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser therapy, and long-term skin health — with contributions to foundational laser studies that continue to guide industry standards today.

Ashley Morris grew up in Huntland, TN and has worked as a labor and delivery nurse for more than 12 years. She began her journey in aesthetics in 2024 and quickly discovered a passion for helping women feel confident and cared for in new ways.
At The Collective, Ashley combines her medical expertise with her eye for natural results, offering treatments that empower clients to feel at home in their own skin. She enjoys time with her husband Josh, their son Ashton, and their dog Rip.
